​As the undisputed "King" of the modern symphony, Ludwig van Beethoven's genius mastery over all the orchestral instruments and voices is beyond question.  The Babythoven Programme is a programme targeted at those of tender age - training our young through interactive games and play, the ability to appreciate musical sounds, react to pitches, rhythm, and gain a basic knowledge of the many interesting instruments and voices of the modern orchestra, laying the foundation for our young to grow into musicians of tomorrow.

Classes for the Babythoven Programme are offered on:

*Students will be assigned to study with children of similar ages.
**Students under the age of 3 shall attend classes with their parents and/or guardians.

Programme Instructor : Sandrine Chung

Sandrine begins her passion in early music education right after her psychology training at the Indiana University. After graduation, she has been spending her time in educating young children with musical knowledge and helping them to develop their interest in music. Being a music and nursery teacher of a few sound international nursery schools in town, Sandrine has developed her specific ways of music teaching in the past 8 years. She is also proficient in program planning and classroom management. Sandrine is now a PhD candidate at the Education University of Hong Kong, researching young children’s learning and their executive functions with the experience of play. With her principle of “play being the fundamental element of early learning”, she guarantees that all little ones would finish classes with laughter and happiness.
 
Students will study under both a child education specialist and an instrument/voice specialist under the Babythoven Programme.
Students who have satisfied an attendance rate of not lower than 80% shall receive a certificate at the full completion and at the satisfaction of their instructors.
